From the New Jersey Turnpike:

Exit the Turnpike at 16W and follow to Route 3. Follow Route 3 to Route 17 North. Take Route 17 to Route 4 West. Travel for approximately 1 mile. Take the Paramus Road South exit (second Paramus Road exit). Follow Paramus Road approximately ¼ mile. Make a left onto Arcadian Way. Chakra is one block down on the left.

From the Garden State Parkway North:

Take Exit 160. Turn left at traffic light onto West Passaic Street (becomes South Paramus Road). Make Second right onto Arcadian Way. Chakra is one block down on the left.

From the Garden State Parkway South:

Take Exit 163 to Route 17 South. Take Route 17 South to Route 4 West. Exit Route 4 West at Paramus Road South (Second Paramus Road Exit). Follow Paramus Road approximately ¼ mile. Make a left onto Arcadian Way. Chakra is one block down on the left.

From Route 80 East:

Follow Route 80 East to the Garden State Parkway North. Take Exit 160. Turn left at traffic light onto West Passaic Street (becomes South Paramus Road). Make second right onto Arcadian Way. Chakra is one block down on the left.

From New York City:

From Rockland County:
